Historically present on the farm, until 1991 there were two active dairy cow barns. The vineyard grass was mowed and collected as fodder for the animals. The resulting manure was reused in the vineyard. There were also chickens and rabbits. Since 2020, we have reintroduced native breed cows, the Grigio Alpina. We believe in the symbiosis between dairy cow farming and viticulture, and the undisputed advantages that arise from it.
