Clean air, water, dolomitic limestone rock, the "Biancon" are common denominators to our wines. Meadows, pastures, hay, game, aromatic essences, and mushrooms. These are just some of the resources that Mount Cesen has always provided Valdobbiadene. Our grandparents bought and restored an old farmhouse and some meadows, where every year near the feast of St. John (June 24th) we go up for haymaking .
