2025

Marino
2025

2025 was a great vintage — cool and sunny. The vines never experienced water stress, and rainfall in early August provided a refreshing boost, allowing the ripening process to continue favorably.
This pattern persisted until early September, when there was a bit more rain; nevertheless, we managed to carry out a successful harvest on September 16th.
The grape skins, which were thin and well-ripened, were left to macerate for just one night before being pressed using a vertical wine press. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations proceeded very well, as all the musts were processed without the use of sulfur dioxide.
We felt that the first quarter of the waxing moon in March was too cold, so we decided to postpone bottling until April 22, 2026.
